Mission & Vision
Mission :
We, at Government Polytechnic Peerumadara envisage to provide quality education to trainees who associate themselves to our Institute, pursuing their carrier in the field of Engineering and Technology. To achieve this goal, we visualize good infrastructure equipped with modern laboratories, class rooms supported by technical aids and a library enriched by standard books as essential components of a vibrant centre of education. At the same time, there is no alternative to a well informed and motivated faculty.

Nowadays, employability of the trainees passing out of a technical Institution has become a benchmark for the growth of an organization. Employability of the students further depends upon the level of interaction between the Institute and the Industry, where these students are going to be employed.

All our efforts will be directed to fulfill these objectives by strengthening different areas of ongoing academic activities at the institute level. Areas like curriculum and faculty development have been identified as key areas of improvement. On the other hand, exposure of students to modern industry will be another area where our faculty will have to focus upon.

In order to fulfill the broader objective of education, an Educational Institute should play an active interface between the individual/cohesive activities undergoing within its premises and the social thread ware thriving outside its boundaries. Our motto is to facilitate our students with a conducive atmosphere in which they can tread smoothly towards fulfillment of their goals as a creative skilled individual as well as a sensitive human being.

In coming years our society is going to face the challenges of increasing rate of Industrial growth. At the same time, our Technical Institutions will need to cope with the demand of an Industry vying for latest Technologies available in the world.

Thus, to fulfill the social and industrial obligations a holistic change in our educational system has become the need of the hour. Our trainees should not only be well equipped with latest technical knowhow but also be well acquainted with work culture and ethical values being practiced in modern industry. Our students need Skill development as well as the transformation of attitude towards their co-workers and job assigned to them, so that they can easily adapt themselves to the atmosphere of their work-place. These values have to be incorporated in all our curriculum development plans.
